Palafitos (2016-2017)
Este proyecto documenta los asentamientos palafíticos de los habitantes del río atrato. Este hábitat y arquitectura única, construidos alrededo de la riqueza de los manglares, fue el escenario perfecto para explorar el vínculo entre el hábitat natural y artificial, entre el hombre, la naturaleza y la arquitectura.

This project documents the pallafitic dwellings of the inhabitants of the delta of the Atrato river. This unique habitat and architecture, built around the richness of the mangroves, was the perfect scenario to explore the bond between natural and artificial hanitats, between man, nature and architecture.
Q'Aytu (2018)
Estas fotografías fueron el resultado del trabajo con 'Alpamamas', una marca de moda ética que trabaja con mujeres indígenas Kichwa en los Andes ecuatorianos. Las imágenes de este proyecto buscan retratarlas a ellas como líderes en la lucha por la preservación de su cultura, una lucha que libran por medio de diversas prácticas y tradiciones como el bordado.

These photographs were the result of the work I did for 'Alpamamas'. a brand of ethical fashion that works with indigenous Kichwa women of the ecuatorian Andes. The images of this project aim to portait them as leaders in the fight for their culture's preservation, a fight in which the main tools are traditions and practices like embroidery.
Corre (2017-2019)
Este projecto documenta tres casos en los que catástrofes naturales han sido responsables del desplazamiento forzoso de barrios, pueblos y ciudades enteras en el territorio colombiano, En un país donde el conflicto armado es la principal y más evidente causa de migración interna, muchos de casos como los de estas fotos se degradan en una memoria colectiva que se queda sin espacio para más tragedias. Fotos como estas reflexionan sobre ese proceso de degradación y sobre el rol de la fotografía en el.

This projects aims to document three cases in which natural catastrophes have been responsible for the forced displacement of emtire neighborhoods, towns and cities on Colombia's territory. In a country where the armed conflict es the main and more evident cause of internal migration, a lot cases like the ones in these pictures degradate in a collective memory that is running out of space for more tragedies. Photos like these ones reflect upon this process of degradation and photography's role in it.
